济南轻型钢结构焊接:这些 “雷区” 千万踩不得!
在济南的城市建设中,轻型钢结构以其自重轻、施工快的特点备受青睐。然而,看似 “轻盈” 的钢结构,焊接质量却直接关系到建筑的稳固与安全。在焊接过程中,稍有不慎就可能埋下隐患,因此必须谨慎对待每一个环节,避开那些容易被忽视的 “雷区”。
In the urban construction of Jinan, lightweight steel structures are highly favored due to their light weight and fast construction speed. However, the welding quality of seemingly "lightweight" steel structures is directly related to the stability and safety of the building. During the welding process, even a slight mistake may lay hidden dangers, so every step must be treated with caution and avoid those easily overlooked "minefields".
焊接前的准备工作是确保质量的基础。首先,要对钢材进行严格检查,确认其型号、规格是否符合设计要求,表面有无裂纹、锈蚀、油污等缺陷。钢材表面的锈蚀和油污会影响焊接的熔合效果,必须使用钢丝刷、砂纸等工具彻底清理干净,露出金属光泽。同时,焊接材料的选择也至关重要,焊条、焊丝的型号要与钢材材质相匹配,且必须具备质量合格证明。焊接材料若保存不当,受潮后会导致焊缝产生气孔等缺陷,因此需将其存放在干燥通风的环境中,使用前按规定进行烘干处理。此外,合理的焊接工艺设计也必不可少,要根据钢结构的形状、尺寸、受力情况等因素,确定焊接方法、焊接顺序、焊接参数等,避免因工艺不当产生焊接变形和应力集中。
The preparation work before welding is the foundation for ensuring quality. Firstly, strict inspection should be conducted on the steel to confirm whether its model and specifications meet the design requirements, and whether there are defects such as cracks, rust, oil stains, etc. on the surface. The rust and oil stains on the surface of steel can affect the fusion effect of welding, and must be thoroughly cleaned with tools such as wire brushes and sandpaper to expose the metallic luster. At the same time, the selection of welding materials is also crucial. The types of welding rods and wires must match the steel material and must have quality certification. If welding materials are not stored properly, they may become damp and cause defects such as porosity in the weld seam. Therefore, they need to be stored in a dry and ventilated environment and dried according to regulations before use. In addition, a reasonable welding process design is also essential. The welding method, welding sequence, welding parameters, etc. should be determined based on factors such as the shape, size, and stress conditions of the steel structure to avoid welding deformation and stress concentration caused by improper processes.
焊接过程中的操作规范是保证质量的关键。在济南多变的气候条件下,尤其是湿度较大或温度较低时,焊接环境对质量影响显著。当空气相对湿度超过 80%,或环境温度低于 0℃时,若无有效的防护措施,焊缝极易产生缺陷。因此,必要时需采取搭建防风棚、预热母材等措施改善焊接环境。焊接时,焊工要严格控制焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度等参数。焊接电流过大,会导致焊缝咬边、烧穿;电流过小,则可能出现未焊透、夹渣等问题。同时,要保持正确的焊条角度和运条方式,使焊缝均匀熔合,避免出现焊缝宽窄不一、高低不平的情况。对于多层多道焊,每焊完一层焊缝,都要用钢丝刷清理焊渣和飞溅物,检查焊缝质量,确认无缺陷后再进行下一层焊接,防止层间缺陷累积。
The operational standards during the welding process are the key to ensuring quality. Under the changing climate conditions in Jinan, especially when the humidity is high or the temperature is low, the welding environment has a significant impact on quality. When the relative humidity of the air exceeds 80% or the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, without effective protective measures, the weld seam is prone to defects. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures such as building windproof shelters and preheating base materials to improve the welding environment when necessary. During welding, welders must strictly control parameters such as welding current, arc voltage, and welding speed. Excessive welding current can cause undercutting and burning through of the weld seam; If the current is too low, problems such as incomplete penetration and slag inclusion may occur. At the same time, it is necessary to maintain the correct angle and transportation method of the welding rod to ensure uniform fusion of the weld seam and avoid uneven width and height of the weld seam. For multi-layer and multi pass welding, after each layer of weld is completed, the welding slag and spatter should be cleaned with a wire brush, the quality of the weld should be checked, and the next layer of welding should be carried out after confirming that there are no defects to prevent the accumulation of interlayer defects.
焊接完成后的检验与处理同样不容忽视。外观检查是最基本的检验方式,要仔细观察焊缝表面是否光滑平整,有无气孔、裂纹、咬边、焊瘤等缺陷。气孔会降低焊缝的强度和密封性,裂纹更是严重影响钢结构的安全性,一旦发现必须及时处理。对于重要的钢结构焊接部位,还需采用超声波探伤、射线探伤等无损检测方法,检测焊缝内部质量,确保焊缝无未焊透、夹渣等内部缺陷。若检验发现焊接缺陷,要根据缺陷的性质和严重程度,制定合理的返修方案。返修时,需将缺陷部位彻底清除,采用合适的焊接工艺重新焊接,并对返修后的焊缝进行再次检验,直至合格。此外,焊接完成后,还需对焊缝进行防腐处理,通常是涂刷防锈漆,防止焊缝生锈,延长钢结构的使用寿命。
The inspection and treatment after welding cannot be ignored. Visual inspection is the most basic inspection method, which requires careful observation of whether the weld surface is smooth and flat, and whether there are defects such as pores, cracks, undercutting, and weld beads. Pores can reduce the strength and sealing of welds, and cracks seriously affect the safety of steel structures. Once discovered, they must be dealt with in a timely manner. For important steel structure welding parts, non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic testing and radiographic testing should be used to detect the internal quality of the weld and ensure that there are no internal defects such as incomplete penetration or slag inclusion in the weld. If welding defects are found during inspection, a reasonable repair plan should be developed based on the nature and severity of the defects. When repairing, the defective parts need to be thoroughly removed, and suitable welding processes should be used to re weld. The repaired welds should be inspected again until they are qualified. In addition, after welding is completed, the weld seam needs to be treated with anti-corrosion, usually by applying anti rust paint to prevent rusting and extend the service life of the steel structure.
