焊接后的处理同样影响焊接点的牢固性与耐久性。焊接完成后,需及时清理焊缝表面的焊渣和飞溅物,检查焊缝外观是否存在凹陷、凸起或咬边等缺陷,若发现问题需进行补焊处理。对于暴露在室外环境中的铁艺护栏,焊接点还需进行防腐处理,可采用涂刷防锈漆或镀锌的方式,防止焊接点因锈蚀而逐渐弱化。同时,必要时可对焊接点进行敲击处理,消除焊接应力,避免后期使用过程中因应力释放导致焊缝开裂。
