济南铁艺护栏工艺介绍

济南铁艺护栏是指采用锌合金材料制作的锌钢栅栏,由于其具有高强度、高硬度、外观精美、色泽鲜艳等优点,目前已成为住宅小区、场区围墙使用的主流产品。

传统的护栏使用铁条、铝合金材料,需要借助电焊等工艺技术,而且质地较软、容易生锈、色彩单一。锌钢护栏完美地解决了传统护栏的缺点,而且价格低廉,成为传统阳台护栏材料的替代产品。

(一)材料
(1) Materials
铁艺护栏由基材和配件组成。

铁艺护栏型材 铁艺护栏的基材为高温热浸锌材料,热浸锌是指把优质钢材投入几千度的锌液池中,浸泡达一定时间以后锌液就会渗透到钢材中,使之形成一种特殊的锌钢合金,热浸锌材料表面不经任何处理在野外环境中即可达30年不锈蚀,如:高速公路护栏、高压电塔都是采用高温热浸锌材料,其防锈长达30年之久,彻底解决了多年来防锈、美观与安全之间的问题。

铁艺护栏配件采用使用寿命可达50年之久的改性高强度工程尼龙,其强度、硬度远高于普通钢制材料,每平方米可承受183MPA以上的压力,2729MPA的拉伸力,可承受220℃以下高温不变形等优点。

(二)工艺
(2) Craft
1、铁艺护栏工艺:采用无焊连接、横竖穿插组装而成。相对于传统的铁艺护栏,安装更加快捷,外表更加美观。

2、铁艺护栏的基材由六层组成,分别是:

(1)钢材层(Base steel):基材,硬度值为159DPN;

(2)锌钢合金层(Zeta layer):更靠近基材的一层致密合金层,构造复杂,耐腐蚀性极强,以FeZn7及FeZn13化合存在,硬度值为211DPN,含Fe为7%-11%;

(3)亚铅层(Delta layer):显著单斜系柱状组织,Fe含量为6%,无毒,耐腐蚀,硬度值为179DPN;

(4)纯锌层(Eta layer):稠密六方晶系,变形加工不易破裂,锌纯度98.5%,硬度值为70DPN;

(5)高锌磷化层:具有良好的耐腐蚀性,并增强涂膜与基材附着力;

(6)阿克苏——诺贝尔彩色离分子高温固化层:优异的防腐性能及抗撞击性能,具有的抗紫外、抗氧化和表面自洁性能,色泽变化率15年不超过5%。
(6) Akzo Nobel color ionomer high temperature curing layer: excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance, excellent UV resistance, oxidation resistance and surface self-cleaning performance, and the color change rate shall not exceed 5% in 15 years.
