钢结构防腐工程使用涂料的选择标准

(1)形成的涂层应该具有良好的机械性能;

(5)涂料要易于施工,无污染且成本不高。根据以上标准,一般钢结构的防腐工程中选用环氧富锌底漆(不锈钢基材除外)、环氧云铁中层漆、氯化橡胶面漆,这些漆的特性基本符合上述标准,且物美价廉,便于施工,是桥梁工程中Z常用于钢结构防腐的配套涂层。
