Step 3: Forging and Welding. Decorative components such as flower shapes and spearheads need to be hand forged with natural and smooth textures to avoid the "stiffness" of mechanical stamping. Suitable welding methods should be used for welding - arc welding is suitable for thicker steel, argon arc welding has good welding quality and beautiful welds. Using carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, the welding points are uniform, the airtightness is strong, and the firmness is excellent. The welding nodes should be fully welded, with a weld height of ≥ 0.7 times the thickness of the steel, and no porosity or undercutting. After welding is completed, the weld seam should be polished to make its surface smooth and flat, eliminating welding marks.

第四步：防锈处理。 室外均采用热镀锌加工。基层防锈采用热浸锌（锌层厚度≥85μm）或机械除锈（Sa2.5级）+环氧富锌底漆（干膜厚度≥40μm）。

第五步：安装。 准确测量门洞的宽度、高度以及墙体的厚度，大门尺寸应比门洞略小，四周预留10-20mm的缝隙。门体高度：围墙大门总高宜为2.2~2.5m。用全站仪放出门柱中心线、基坑边线，偏差≤5mm；基坑开挖深度≥800mm。

Step 5: Installation. Accurately measure the width and height of the door opening, as well as the thickness of the wall. The size of the gate should be slightly smaller than the door opening, with a 10-20mm gap reserved around it. Door height: The total height of the fence gate should be 2.2-2.5m. Use a total station to release the centerline of the door pillar and the edge of the foundation pit, with a deviation of ≤ 5mm; the excavation depth of the foundation pit should be ≥ 800mm.
