The foundation can be an independent foundation or a strip foundation, and the bearing capacity of the foundation should be ≥ 150kPa. Components can achieve multifunctional integrated design, meeting the requirements of large-span space. The equipment pipeline can be designed to be integrated with the structure, with an assembly degree of over 85%.

耐久性与防护： 钢材镀锌量不低于275g/m?，确保长期耐久性。耐久性能超过70年，防火性能满足国家规范。轻型钢结构的防火设计应符合现行国家标准《建筑设计防火规范》GB50016的规定，合理确定建筑物的防火类别与防火等级。但钢结构也有缺点：耐火性差、容易锈蚀、造价较高。因此需做好防锈处理并加强养护。

Applicable floors and limitations: Suitable for low rise buildings with 1 to 6 floors. The load-bearing capacity of light steel structures is much lower than that of traditional brick concrete structures and frame structures. Due to the limitation of their load-bearing capacity, residential buildings with light steel structures generally cannot be built with more than 4 floors. If they exceed 4 floors, they must be used in conjunction with heavy steel structures. The self weight of this system is about 1/5 to 1/4 of that of traditional concrete structures.
