铁艺大门长期暴露在室外，防锈决定寿命。普通刷漆的铁门，两三年就开始起皮生锈。真正耐用的是热镀锌——把工件浸入熔化的锌液中，表面形成锌铁合金层，隔绝氧气。热镀锌的防锈期可达20到50年。选购时直接问：是热镀锌还是冷镀锌？热镀锌成本更高，但沿海潮湿地区必须选它。北方多雪地区还要关注门框承重，抵御积雪压力。

The truly durable is hot-dip galvanizing - immersing the workpiece in molten zinc to form a zinc iron alloy layer on the surface, isolating oxygen. Hot dip galvanizing has a higher cost, but it must be chosen in humid coastal areas. In snowy northern areas, attention should also be paid to the load-bearing capacity of door frames to resist the pressure of snow accumulation.

材质厚度别只看外观

Don't just look at the appearance for material thickness

钢管壁厚是硬指标。立柱钢管壁厚低于2.0mm，用久了容易晃动变形。拿在手里掂一掂，同尺寸的门越重通常料越足。合页、地轴这些五金件同样关键，优先选304不锈钢材质，普通铁合页生锈卡滞只是时间问题。

The wall thickness of steel pipes is a hardness indicator. The wall thickness of the column steel pipe is less than 2.0mm, which is prone to shaking and deformation after prolonged use. Weigh it in your hand, the heavier the door of the same size, the more material it usually has. Hardware components such as hinges and floor shafts are equally important, and 304 stainless steel material is preferred. It is only a matter of time before ordinary iron hinges rust and become stuck.

安装基础比门本身更重要

The installation foundation is more important than the door itself

门再好，地基不牢也白搭。立柱需要预埋混凝土基础，深度不低于50cm，底部铺碎石垫层增强稳定。安装避开雨季，混凝土未固化遇水沉降会导致门体倾斜。安装后测试开关顺畅度，检查焊接处有无虚焊漏焊。

No matter how good the door is, if the foundation is not solid, it will be in vain. The column needs to be pre embedded with a concrete foundation, with a depth of not less than 50cm, and a crushed stone cushion layer should be laid at the bottom to enhance stability. Installation should avoid the rainy season, as the uncured concrete will settle when encountering water, which can cause the door to tilt. After installation, test the smoothness of the switch and check for any solder joints or omissions.

日常维护做对能多用好几年

Proper daily maintenance can last for several more years

定期用软布擦去浮尘，雨雪后及时擦干水珠。发现涂层小破损及时补漆，别等锈斑扩大。铰链处定期加润滑油，保持开关顺畅。

Regularly wipe off floating dust with a soft cloth, and promptly wipe off water droplets after rain or snow. If minor damage is found on the coating, touch up the paint in a timely manner. Don't wait for the rust spots to expand. Regularly lubricate the hinge to keep the switch smooth.
