防锈别信“刷了防锈漆”。普通醇酸漆只是外衣，针孔一破就从里面烂。户外靠谱做法是整体热浸镀锌（锌层≥65~85μm）+户外级静电喷塑，锌层是长在铁里的，磕掉一小块也会自己牺牲阳极保护周边。签合同必须把“整体热浸镀锌”五个字写死，别接受冷镀锌管顶替。

The reliable outdoor method is to hot-dip galvanize the entire body (zinc layer ≥ 65-85 μ m)+outdoor grade electrostatic spraying. 焊口和切口是命门。工厂焊完还要现场切割、补焊、打膨胀孔，这些裸铁截面不补漆，三个月就从内向外锈。进场带一罐冷镀锌漆，所有切口、焊道、螺丝孔补刷两遍再装。

Welding joints and incisions are the gates of life. After welding in the factory, it is necessary to cut, repair, and drill expansion holes on site. These bare iron sections will rust from the inside out within three months without repainting. Bring a can of cold galvanized paint to the site, and brush all cuts, welds, and screw holes twice before installation.

安装时基础别省：混凝土条形基础或独立基础埋深≥300mm，预埋钢板厚度≥8mm，膨胀螺栓打在实心梁上，不打空心砖和保温层。焊点要满焊不是点焊，焊脚高度≥4mm，焊完敲渣打磨，24小时内补环氧富锌底漆。

验收做三件事：手推立柱顶无松动、摇晃扶手整体同步不软脚、磁性测厚仪抽测锌层达标。这三条过了，再谈花纹和颜色。
