很多人问“济南做轻型钢结构多少钱一平”，但连自己要的是哪一种都没分清——报价单上的 600 元和 1500 元，根本不是同一个东西。

一、门式刚架：厂房、仓库、物流车间的骨架

主承重用变截面 H 型钢梁柱，刚接成门字形，檩条配 C/Z 冷弯薄壁型钢，柱距常取 6–9m，檐高 4.5–9m，可带轻量吊车。

用钢量：中等跨度单方用钢约 20–35kg/㎡；

造价：简易轻钢厂房 300–600 元/㎡（仅主体+单层彩钢），标准带保温厂房 600–1000 元/㎡，带吊车再上浮；

关键点：柱间支撑不能省、端板连接精度要控、腹板厚度别低于 4mm，不然风一大柱子能被拔起。

死线：镀锌层≥275g/㎡、禁止现场焊接破坏镀层、安装偏差控在 2mm 内、抗拔件不能省。

三、别用厂房逻辑建住宅，也别用别墅龙骨扛吊车

门式刚架求“跨度大、施工快、能挂设备”；冷弯薄壁求“装配快、保温隔音、居住舒适”。把单层彩钢厂房当别墅建，冬天结露夏天烫手；拿别墅龙骨做加工车间，挠度变形、屋脊漏水是早晚的事。

济南冬夏温差大、融雪剂腐蚀强，户外构件锌层直接拉高一个档，别按“室内标准”做。
